‘Abiding in this moment is the right-here-and now of our experience: it is enduring suchness. This suchness is the dynamic interpenetrating connection with all reality. You may have a feeling that this moment is tranquil and quiescent, separate and complete. Yet, this moment is still interacting with all of reality. We’re not usually aware of the universality of the moment, but that does not negate its expression.’(Being-Time)

As I was typing this out, I had a momentary reaction when I saw that my laptop’s spell-checking function did not recognise the word suchness. And then I thought, the laptop may not be aware of suchness, but that does not negate its reality.
